1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SamSol website at samsol.co or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

SamSol provides custom software development services including web development, mobile app development, API development, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, and technology consulting. Specific terms for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. SamSol retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The SamSol brand, website content, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of SamSol.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion or as defined by agreed milestones. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

SamSol's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement for a period of 3 years.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
